1. Welcome to Pet Gallery: Daily Timelapse

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. App Usage

Pet Gallery: Daily Timelapse is designed as a premium pet tracker, daily journal, and milestone memory book. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app on your personal mobile devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the application.

3. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Some premium features (such as advanced timelapse video generation and unlimited high-quality photo diaries) may require a paid subscription. Payment will be processed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Your Content & Local Storage

You retain full ownership and control of all photos, names, dates, and entries you record in Pet Gallery. Because the application operates completely offline and stores data locally, we do not have access to or control over your content. We are not responsible for any data loss occurring from device theft, damage, or uninstalling the app without prior backups.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pet Gallery: Daily Timelapse is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the application will be completely bug-free or uninterrupted. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
